Membership Guidelines
Eligibility & Age Requirements
Any individual 15 years & above interested in celebrating Indian culture in Oulu, Finland can become a member by paying the annual membership fee.
Note: No membership fee for 15-18 year individuals. The cut-off date for age determination is 1 June 2025.
Membership Duration & Renewal
- • Membership is valid for a duration of 1 year – AGM to AGM
- • Membership is to be renewed annually
- • Renewal fee/new membership fee is determined by the O-India Board after AGM
- • Membership is open throughout the year for new people moving to Oulu
- • Membership is non-transferable
Member Rights & Privileges
- • Only members are eligible to participate in AGMs and in election of all relevant positions in O-India Board
- • Only members are eligible to be part of O-India Board
- • Only members and their children under 15 years are eligible for Members' discount for all O-India Ry events
- • Existing WhatsApp group O-India ry will be updated based on new member registration

- • Choose payment method: Bank Transfer or Epassi or Edenred or Smartum
- • Enter payment date
- • Upload ONE receipt that covers payment for all people being registered
